48 couleurs was established by a group of youths in a Peaksneng commune, Angkor Thom district, Siem Reap province in 2013 who are love, care and concern about their society. 48 couleurs provides varied educational opportunities for Cambodian children so they may reach their highest potential and make valuable contributions to their communities and improve the living standards of the people by teaching English and computer skills that help them to be able to get a good job and be a bridge to the future.
Khmer Touch Cuisine is a local elegant restaurant owned by a young Cambodian business woman Mrs. Muylang NGUON and it’s leading by Ms. Srey Leap OEURN. Leap is originally from Battambang and had joint the Cambodia Hospitality Industry since 2005 which is certified by the Ecole d' hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule, course of General Customer Service. Leap also had graduated from a domestic University of South East Asia of Business Sales & Marketing. She had an opportunity of provided a position in a local five star hotel in Siem Reap town from 2007 to manage all the employees’ internal & external’s training, team building, personal information data, insurance, hotel annual anniversary, staff party and have an understanding of adhere to the company's rules and regulations and in particular knowledge of policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
After some years, Leap have been offered another opportunity in sales & marketing department which in-charge of all local and international’s contracts with its business partners, provided all the administrative support to the division head, handles guests and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. She solved and reported complaints or problems and provided the appropriate level of professional, courteous, caring services and other visitors to the division. At the same time she maintains office organization, ensuring that all contracts and financial documents are safeguarded and handle covering letters for account payment for manual checks issued with suppliers. She worked to assist in a preparation of annual business plan, maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships. She conducted sales call, sales promotions and cooperating with F&B team to ensure clients get the update promotion for both room and food & beverage. More than that, Leap is also very active at preparing room, meeting and food & beverage proposal for direct and indirect customers in order to bring the revenue to the company as well as to distribute the charity for Cambodian’s association. She sold and conducted for MICE included room, meeting and food & beverage and checking to ensure for all food & beverage set up in prior to the event, function date.
Leap has succeed in managing and cover the business's grand opened for this new restaurant in twon and her passon to work and plan for supporting in her commnunity of Cambodia's countryside's life.
